It was collaborative & consultative in nature and quite effective in results. Working together with the candidate on their strong areas and minor tweaks to make a significant difference was quite commendable.

The session was well prepared and focused both on my strengths and weaknesses. It was especially helpful that Torry was honest and pointed out things that he perceived as my obstacles and weaknesses, which provided a fresh perspective for me.
